Thank you for shopping with Chérie Mag. This Shipping and Delivery Policy explains how digital products are delivered, how physical orders are processed and shipped, how delivery charges are calculated, and what customers should do if an order is delayed, damaged, lost, refused, or shown as delivered but cannot be located.

This Policy applies to digital magazine templates, physical magazines, pre-order products, and other products purchased directly through the Chérie Mag website.

By placing an order, you confirm that you have reviewed the product description, product format, delivery method, shipping destination, estimated fulfilment and delivery information, shipping charges, and any applicable customs information presented before checkout.

Nothing in this Policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or replace any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.

1. Overview

Chérie Mag ships physical products worldwide from our fulfilment centre in Hanoi, Vietnam. Fulfilment and delivery are handled through a third-party logistics provider and carrier network. Digital products are delivered electronically and are not subject to this policy. Please refer to the relevant product page and our Refund and Return Policy for information about digital product delivery.

This policy applies to all physical orders placed through cheriemag.com, including limited print magazine editions, preorders, and any other physical products we introduce in the future.

2. Order Processing

Orders are processed on business days, which are Monday through Friday, excluding Vietnamese public holidays. We aim to process and hand orders to our logistics provider within 2 to 3 business days of payment confirmation.

During high-volume periods such as preorder windows, launch days, and holiday seasons, processing times may be longer. We will communicate any expected delays on the Site or by email where possible.

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after your purchase is completed. This confirms that your order has been received. A separate shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

If you do not receive your order confirmation email within 24 hours of purchase, please check your spam, junk, and promotions folders before contacting us. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation within 3 business days of your order date, please contact us at support@cheriemag.com.

3. Digital Magazine Templates

Chérie Mag’s digital magazine templates are delivered electronically and are not shipped as physical products.

After successful payment, customers will receive an email with access to their purchased template, either through a download link, access link, or a link to Canva or another platform identified in the product description.

Unless otherwise stated, digital template purchases do not include a printed magazine, printing service, packaging, or physical delivery. Customers are responsible for customising and printing their magazine themselves or through a third-party provider.

Digital delivery emails are sent to the email address provided at checkout. Customers should ensure their email address is accurate and check spam or junk folders if the email cannot be located. Where payment can be verified, Chérie Mag will make reasonable efforts to resend access information.

4. Preorder Shipping

Physical magazines offered as preorders will be dispatched according to the timeline stated on the product page and in your order confirmation email. Preorder dispatch dates are estimates based on our production schedule and are provided in good faith.

Pre-order delays may arise because of printing schedules, proofing or quality-control requirements, supplier delays, material shortages, production capacity, fulfilment arrangements, carrier disruptions, customs requirements, or other circumstances beyond Chérie Mag’s reasonable control.

Where a pre-order is delayed, Chérie Mag may provide customers with an updated estimated timeframe using the email address provided during checkout.

If Chérie Mag materially delays a pre-order and cannot provide a revised fulfilment date that is acceptable to the customer, the customer may contact us to discuss the remedies available under the Refund and Return Policy and applicable law.

All preorders within the same window will be dispatched together on or around the same date. We are not able to prioritise individual preorders within a batch.

5. Shipping Carriers and Methods

Chérie fulfils physical orders through a third-party logistics provider based in Vietnam. International orders are dispatched through one or more contracted international carriers, which may include express courier services, economy international postal services, or regional delivery networks depending on the destination and the most reliable and cost-effective option available at the time of dispatch.

All international orders are dispatched with tracking. The carrier used for your specific order will be confirmed in your shipping confirmation email along with your tracking number.

We do not currently offer express shipping as a standard checkout option. If you have an urgent shipping requirement, please contact us at support@cheriemag.com before placing your order and we will advise whether an express option can be arranged and at what additional cost.

6. Delivery Timeframes

The following are estimated delivery timeframes from the date of dispatch. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery times depend on the destination country, customs processing, local postal networks, and carrier capacity at the time of shipment.

Vietnam — 2 to 3 business days

Southeast Asia (Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, and surrounding countries) — 5 to 14 business days

East Asia (Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan) — 7 to 14 business days

Australia and New Zealand — 10 to 21 business days

United Kingdom and Europe — 14 to 28 business days

United States and Canada — 14 to 28 business days

Rest of World — 14 to 35 business days

These timeframes do not include customs clearance time, which varies by country and is outside our control. During peak periods such as November through January, delivery times may be longer across all regions. Orders placed on weekends, Vietnamese public holidays, or outside normal operating hours may begin processing on the next business day.

Where a customer needs a product for a birthday, holiday, event, trip, photoshoot, or other specific occasion, the customer should order sufficiently early. Chérie Mag cannot guarantee arrival before a particular occasion unless a guaranteed delivery service has been expressly offered and purchased.

If your order has not arrived within the maximum estimated timeframe for your region, please contact us at support@cheriemag.com and we will investigate with our logistics provider and the relevant carrier on your behalf.

7. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order. The rate displayed at checkout is the final shipping charge and will not change after your order is confirmed.

We periodically review our shipping rates to reflect logistics and carrier costs. Any changes to shipping rates will apply only to orders placed after the updated rate takes effect and will never affect an order that has already been confirmed.

Where we are able to offer free shipping promotions, the conditions and eligible destinations will be clearly stated at the time the promotion is active.

8. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel through the relevant carrier's platform.

Please note that tracking information may take 24 to 48 hours to appear in the carrier's system after your shipping confirmation email is sent. This is normal and does not indicate a problem with your order.

Tracking updates may be less frequent once a parcel has left Vietnam and entered the destination country's postal or customs network. This is a carrier limitation and does not mean your parcel is lost.

If your tracking has not updated for more than 10 business days and your order has not arrived, please contact us and we will open an investigation with our logistics provider and the relevant carrier.

9. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

Chérie ships from Vietnam. International shipments may be subject to import duties, customs fees, taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country's customs authority. These charges are entirely the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price of the product or the shipping fee charged at checkout.

Chérie is not able to predict, calculate, or advise on the customs charges applicable in your country, as these vary by destination, product type, declared value, and the policies of your local customs authority. We recommend checking with your country's customs authority before placing an order if you are concerned about potential import charges.

Customs processing times are outside our control and are not included in the delivery timeframe estimates in Section 5. A parcel held by customs for processing does not constitute a lost or delayed shipment for the purposes of our Refund and Return Policy.

Chérie will not falsify the declared value of a shipment or mark a commercial shipment as a gift in order to reduce or avoid customs charges. This is a legal requirement under Vietnamese export regulations and the laws of most destination countries.

10. Undeliverable Parcels and Returns to Sender

A parcel may be returned to our fulfilment centre if the delivery address provided was incomplete or incorrect, the recipient was unavailable to receive the parcel and did not arrange redelivery, the parcel was refused at delivery, or the parcel was held by customs and not collected within the required timeframe.

If your parcel is returned to us, we will contact you by email to advise you of the situation and discuss next steps. You will have the option to have the parcel reshipped to a corrected address at your cost, or to receive a refund for the product only. Original shipping fees are not refunded where the return was caused by an address error or failure to collect on your part.

11. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please refer to our Refund and Return Policy for instructions on how to report this and what remedies are available.

If your tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbours, building management, and any safe location your carrier may have noted in the delivery update. If you are still unable to locate the parcel, contact us within 14 days of the marked delivery date and we will open an investigation with our logistics provider and the relevant carrier.

Carrier investigations typically take 7 to 14 business days to conclude. We are not able to issue a replacement or refund until the investigation is complete and the carrier has confirmed the parcel as lost. Where a parcel is confirmed lost in transit through no fault of the customer, we will offer a replacement where stock is available, or a full refund.

12. Split Shipments

Where an order contains both available and pre-order products, Chérie Mag will normally hold the order until all products are ready for fulfilment and ship the order together in a single shipment. This may result in available products being dispatched later so that the complete order can be sent at the same time.

13. Changes to Your Shipping Address

If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, contact us immediately at support@cheriemag.com with your order number and the correct address. We will make every reasonable effort to update your address with our logistics provider before your order is dispatched. 

Once a parcel has been dispatched, Chérie Mag cannot guarantee that the carrier will agree to change, redirect, intercept, or hold the shipment.

A carrier may charge a redirection, address-correction, storage, or rescheduling fee. Where a change is requested by the customer, the customer may be responsible for these additional costs.

We are not responsible for orders dispatched to the address provided at checkout where you did not contact us before dispatch to request a change.

14. Transaction Policy Publication

In accordance with Article 29 of Decree No. 52/2013/ND-CP on e-commerce, as amended by Decree No. 85/2021/ND-CP, Chérie Mag publishes this Shipping and Delivery Policy as part of its transaction conditions applicable to all orders placed through cheriemag.com. This policy is available in full on the website at all times and will be updated to reflect any material changes to our logistics arrangements, carrier network, or delivery conditions.
